The regional airport north of Berlin
The Airport Eberswalde-Finow is very popular with the general aviation sector, especially the commercial part of it. It is equipped with all facilities and services needed for a professional operation, including 24 hour availability as well as border control and customs whenever required.
Lasting growth and development
The numbers in flight movements, freight and passengers have been raised by about 50% over the last 5 years and reached 12.000 movements with about 20.000 passengers in 2008. The site development of the industrial and commercial zone at the airport periphery has begun and several enterprises have settled already. The airport's private operating company will develop the Airfield Eberswalde-Finow into a regional airport serving scheduled traffic of up to 85 tons take-off mass.
